Downtown Art Walk

Experience art up front! Kick off spring with a vibrant art movement at the Downtown Art Walk. Local businesses transform into galleries showcasing the talents of area artists. Mingle with these makers, discover distinctive artwork, create your own art pieces, and enjoy live music as you stroll.

Interactive Art & Entertainment
Sam and Bill will play an acoustic set at the J. Smith Walkway and Jack Pine will jam out to classic rock and adult alternative in front of Horizon Books. Also at the J. Smith Walkway, Michigan Legacy Art Park is hosting the “Raindrops” collaborative artwork, created by Dewey Blocksma and Patricia Innis. Guests will create their own works of raindrop art on tree rounds that will be displayed in a tunnel for two summers on the Art Park grounds. Crooked Tree Arts Center will present mono printing: create a unique bookmark using the fun and easy gelli plate technique.
